The patented foam insulation panels (40mm)
utilised in Fear Free & Fire Free doors, faced with a variety
of laminates achieved an average sound reduction of 40db. |

Thermal
Fear Free & Fire Free doors have been
successfully tested to procedures laid out in Test 10/11 of the DD171:
1987. These test procedures were conducted to the latest European
Standard (pr EN 1121). The door achieved the highest classification
of Class 3 (less than 2mm bow) at a temperature of 80
degrees. |

Weather
Resistance
Fear Free & Fire Free external composite
doors have achieved Severe Weather Rating Class C obtaining
pass levels of 600Pa for Air Permeability and 300Pa for Water Penetration.

Abrasion
The unique way in which a simulated woodgrain
is integrated into the door leaf during manufacture makes it difficult
to damage. Even if scratched or scored it can be sanded and polished
to return the door to the original woodgrain appearance. |
