Fear Free
composite doors are the exclusive brand of composite doors supplied
and installed by the MILA Maintenance & Project Services Division.
Established in 1988, MILA Maintenance offer an effective window
and door maintenance service to Local Authorities and Housing Associations
and are a previous recipient of the prestigious LHC “Partner
of the Year” Award. MILA Maintenance have been supplying
Fear Free doors for over 9 years and in this time have installed
in excess of 10,000 composite doors for all types social housing
customers throughout the UK. Fear Free doors have been designed
to be weather resistant, intruder resistant and virtually maintenance
free while maintaining a highly attractive appearance. Due to their
unique manufacture Fear Free doors are virtually indistinguishable
for hardwood doors and benefit from a 10 year guarantee against
splitting, warping, twisting or colour loss. For even greater peace-of-mind a
half-hour rated fire door is available, branded as Fire Free this
door has been independently tested to BS 476 Part 22 by Chiltern
Dynamics, achieving a half hour fire rating on both solid and glazed
doors. Both ranges are supplied cut-to-size
and are installed by trained installers all of which are qualified
